Operations AdministratorLea Roan joined EQUI-KIDS in May of 2009. She has a diverse background in construction and property management and owned her own business as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser in Northern Virginia from 1993 to 2009. She maintains a current Virginia appraiser license.
Lea studied at Radford University and George Mason University
