Weekly Private Lesson
EQUI-KIDS' horses need hay as part of their daily diet to build strong bones and muscles; enabling them to work hard throughout the day to serve individuals with disabilities. Our horses eat hay three times a day! With 18 hard working horses and ponies, consuming 11 bales of hay every day, that's 4,015 bales each year! The funds we raise for the cost of hay will allow us to further support our special needs programs and expand our community outreach.
Our amazing therapy horses provide an invaluable service to our students. If you would like to donate your horse to support our program, please complete our Equine Information Form or to discuss the donation of your horse please contact Kathy Chitwood at (757) 721-7350 or via email at email@example.com.

Some program participants and their families cannot afford to pay our reduced fee to participate in therapeutic riding lessons, so we have created a Scholarship Fund to make therapeutic riding available to persons who might otherwise be unable to participate. Scholarships fully fund a lesson or session, depending on the need.

Our hard-working program horses require considerable care to ensure they are always ready for service to meet our busy lesson schedule. You can sponsor one of our amazing four-legged Therapists and make a life-changing difference for their students!
Sponsors will be listed in the OUR HORSES section of the website and you will receive a plaque on the horses stall. You will also be invited to come out and meet your preferred program horse or pony and see their hard work during a lesson.
For more information about sponsoring a horse today, contact Stacy Rogers, Executive Director, at (757) 721-7350 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
