Instructions for transfer of securities

Thank you for supporting Equi-kids. To ensure a smooth transfer of the stock, please take the following steps:

  • Let your broker know you would like to transfer shares as a charitable gift to Equi-kids. Identify the type and number of shares you would like to contribute.

 

  • Provide your broker the exact transfer instructions below:

IMPORTANT – Your broker must include your name when stock is transferred via DTC.Without that information, we have no way to identify and acknowledge your gift.

 

  • Additionally, please notify Equi-kids of your stock gift so that we can assure proper receipt of your contribution. Email, telephone, or US Post, contact information is as follows:
